Shipping policy
The products you purchase will reach you by courier to your door within 4 business days (most of the time within two days).
Returns and exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product, contact us and we will arrange for a replacement.
Returns: You can return a product if it is not the product you received, as long as it is not opened and in its original packaging.
Replacements: If you are not satisfied with the product, it can be replaced up to 7 days after receipt
Since these are products that touch the human body they are considered sterile products, so we must not get them back.
